S1E13 - Is it stealing to exactly copy a guitar? Is guitar dying? And some Bach talk.
Episode Notes
We were a bit all over the place on this one, but it's all good. We talk about Fender copying Phillip Sayce's guitar... allegedly... we also drift into the the "clone" industry (millions of strat copies out there for instance)... we also drift into what's up with guitars future? Is it dying? Does the fact that you can just stay on your own genre and never listen to anything else a good or bad thing?
And we ramble on about Bach and well the music world in general. The music at the beginning came from the CD release party for Paul Stranahan's Insomnia featuring Tim on guitar. The song is "Professor Moriarty" and this is probably the first time it's ever been shared. Some cool moments.
Tim talked about the Ox Hybrid Fuzz, for those curious.
